Information we collect

When you submit a booking request, we collect: your name, phone number, email (optional), desired services, date/time and notes. We also collect website usage data via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (anonymised IP, device type, pages viewed).

How we use your information

• To confirm and manage your booking.
• To contact you for booking changes or confirmations.
• To improve our services based on aggregated website usage data.

Data retention

Booking information is retained in our internal system for up to 2 years. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's policies (default 26 months).

Third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except technical tools in use (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel) for aggregate analytics and advertising purposes.

3. Terms of Service

• Services are available to guests aged 16 and over (unless accompanied by a guardian).
• Prices shown are in VND and include applicable taxes. No card surcharges or hidden fees.
• Crossed-out combo prices (e.g. 570,000₫ → 550,000₫) are promotional prices, valid until further notice.
• Tropi Q reserves the right to update prices and services. Changes will be published on this website before taking effect.
• Guests may not record or photograph the interior or staff without consent.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling: please notify us at least 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone.
• Late cancellations or no-shows: the reserved slot will be forfeited; deposits (if any) are non-refundable.
• Tropi Q reserves the right to cancel appointments in force-majeure circumstances and will notify guests as early as possible.
• Services are provided in-person at our location only. No refunds once a service has commenced.

5. Complaints & Resolution

We are committed to resolving all feedback and complaints within 24 hours (business days). Process:

1. Step 1 — Submit: Contact us via WhatsApp 098 932 7997 or email tropiqspa@gmail.com, describing the issue, booking date and service received.
2. Step 2 — Acknowledgement: Tropi Q will confirm receipt within 4 business hours.
3. Step 3 — Review: We will review and respond with a proposed resolution within 24 business hours.
4. Step 4 — Resolution: Appropriate remedy (free reschedule, partial or full refund) depending on the nature of the issue.
